Our Inquiry page asks for your name, email address, phone number, destination, travel dates, and any message you choose to add, so we can understand your trip and respond to you.
When you submit the Inquiry form, your name, email address, phone number, destination, travel dates, and any message you add are sent directly to us through our website hosting provider's form-handling service, which stores the submission so we can view it and respond to you. It does not open your own email application or route through your personal email account.
Our free Trip Quote tool works differently from the Inquiry form. When you enter a destination, travel month, trip length, departure city, budget, or traveller details into the planner, that information passes through a small server-side function on our website hosting provider, which forwards it to our third-party AI provider to generate a complete trip plan (a trip summary, weather note, flight suggestion with an indicative price, day-by-day itinerary, hotel suggestion(s), a cost breakdown, and a visa checklist), all in one request. That function exists only to keep our AI provider's access credentials private — it does not log, store, or retain what you type into the planner; the information is used only to generate your plan and is then discarded.
You can download the resulting plan as a PDF directly from your browser — that happens entirely on your device and does not send any information to us. If you then choose to act on the quote or itinerary — for example, by messaging us on WhatsApp, or using the "Check my exact visa requirements" link (which takes you to our Inquiry form, pre-filled with your destination and dates) — you're sharing that information with us directly through that action, and it's handled the same way as described elsewhere in this policy. Our AI provider processes these requests only to generate a response; its handling of that data is governed by its own privacy practices, which are outside our control.
The Best Time to Visit guide runs entirely in your browser. It does not ask for any personal information, does not send anything to our servers or any third party, and does not use cookies or tracking. If you click through from a destination there to get a Trip Quote, that simply pre-fills the destination on the Trip Quote page — from that point on, it's handled the same way described in Section 4 above.
If you contact us by phone, WhatsApp, Instagram direct message, or email directly, we receive and may retain that communication (e.g., in our email inbox or phone message history) in order to respond to you and plan your trip.
We share relevant personal details (such as your name, passport details, or travel dates) with third parties only where necessary to arrange your trip — for example, airlines, hotels, tour operators, insurance providers, or visa/embassy authorities — and only with your knowledge as part of confirming your booking. We do not sell your personal information to advertisers or unrelated third parties.
This website does not currently use tracking cookies, advertising pixels, or third-party analytics software. If this changes in the future, this policy will be updated to reflect it.
Inquiry form submissions are stored with our website hosting provider's form-handling service so we can view and respond to them. The Trip Quote tool passes what you type through a server-side function on the same hosting provider only to reach our third-party AI provider, as described above — that function does not log or store it. Information you send us is only as secure as our hosting provider's systems (for Inquiry and the Trip Quote tool) or our own email/messaging accounts (for direct contact). We retain trip-related information only as long as reasonably needed to plan and support your trip, and take reasonable care to protect it.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you by emailing connect@parreeholidays.com. We'll respond and action reasonable requests promptly.
This website and our services are not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from minors except as part of a family's travel itinerary provided by a parent or guardian.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes to our practices. The "last updated" date at the top of this page will always reflect the most recent revision.
